Privacy notice

This notice covers personal data processed when contacting HR Planet through the website or email and during individual consultations.

Bc. Zita Čížková
Business ID (IČO): 21868433
Registered office: Karla Mikuláška 1387, 53006 Pardubice, Czech Republic

2. Data and purposes

The callback form collects your phone number and, optionally, your name and message. A phone number is required to call you back; other fields are optional. Email correspondence includes your email address, messages and attachments. CV consultations involve the information you provide for that purpose.

Data is used to respond to enquiries and deliver agreed services. Steps towards your own contract and performance of that contract rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. General enquiries and correspondence with business representatives rely on the legitimate interest in handling communications under Article 6(1)(f). Mandatory accounting records are processed to comply with legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c).

The form temporarily uses an attempt counter associated with a hash of the IP address for the legitimate interest of protecting the website and mailbox against spam. The form itself does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

3. CVs and recruitment

A CV submitted for editing is used for that consultation. Submission alone does not constitute consent to a long-term candidate database or distribution to employers. Specific recruitment, employer disclosure or other further use requires prior clarification of the purpose, legal basis, recipients and retention. This notice does not replace the information needed for those activities.

4. Retention

We retain data only for the period necessary to fulfill the respective purpose:
Once these periods expire, the data is securely deleted.

5. Recipients and technical services

Personal data entered into the contact forms is processed exclusively for the purpose of handling your job application or cooperation request. Data from the Czech form is sent to kariera@hrplanet.eu, and data from the English form to career@hrplanet.eu. This website template does not store the content of submitted applications in its own website database; the data is transmitted solely as part of the outgoing email message.
To ensure the technical operation of the website, email services, and message delivery, we use the services of specialized subcontractors who act as personal data processors:
Transfer outside the EEA: All personal data is processed and stored exclusively on the provider’s servers in the Czech Republic. There is no transfer of personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or to international organizations.

6. Cookies and other website features

To ensure the correct functioning of the website and form submissions, we only use necessary technical cookies and local storage. We do not use any third-party cookies on our website (e.g., marketing, analytical, or tracking tools).
Your Choices: Since these cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of the website, they do not require your prior consent. You can block cookies or delete already stored files at any time directly in your web browser settings.

7. Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Portability applies to automated processing based on consent or a contract. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Contact info@hrplanet.cz or write to the registered office. Identity verification may be necessary where there are reasonable doubts. Requests are handled without undue delay, normally within one month; you will be informed of any lawful extension and its reasons.

You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic.
